This past Saturday Alderman French and his staff joined about 50 volunteers from the St. Louis Dream Center for a major 21st Ward clean-up. Volunteers spent most of the day picking up trash and tires and raking leaves, leaving vacant lots and alleys considerably cleaner than they’ve been in weeks. We are grateful for the work that the Dream Center does in our community.
