Alderman Antonio French and the non-profit Rebuilding Together hit the 4400 block of Penrose Ave on Saturday, May 1st, with about 300 volunteers from The Boeing Corporation to rehab 10 homes as part of Alderman French’s 2010 “Block-by-Block” Initiative.
