When Alderman Antonio French was elected in 2009 he promised to start a transformation in the 21st Ward that could be used as a blueprint in the future for improving conditions all over our city. Since 2009, change has come to north St. Louis. Improvements can be see in every corner of the ward. But according to French, “We’re just getting started.”
