The 21st Ward’s innovative “Block By Block” home repair program is helping to change the face of north St. Louis.

By partnering with enthusiastic volunteers and large corporate and non-profit partners, Alderman Antonio French’s vision of rebuilding St. Louis block by block is becoming a reality. Since 2010, the program has rehabbed more than 75 homes, completely transforming seven streets in the Penrose and O’Fallon neighborhoods.
