Norma W. Leggette Way was dedicated on Dec. 16, 2017. Norma devoted her life to numerous neighborhood organizations, such as the Yeatman Dist. Community Conference. She served as the Committeewoman of the 4th Ward in St. Louis for 20yrs. :
