INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic.
4 dry red chili peppers.
1 half yellow onion, finely sliced.
1 teaspoon of chopped ginger.
2 pounds of dark meat chicken cut into small pieces.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of cumin powder.
1 teaspoon of coriander powder.
1 tablespoon of garlic chili paste.
2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
2 tablespoons of ketchup.
1 tablespoon of green onion.
1 tablespoon of cilantro.
1 tablespoon of dry fenugreek leaves.
