In The Kitchen Home Edition: Eggs Quarantine
Join Angela Hochman “In Her Kitchen” as she cooks up a recipe from Josette called Judy’s Egg Casserole with a little STL TV spin on it.
This is a great recipe for brunch since it can be prepared in advance. Assemble the ingredients in an 8×12 (or similar) pan. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Ingredients:
8 eggs
6+ slices of bread (white, buttered, cubed)
8 oz. milk
8oz. cheese (shredded or cubed; American, cheddar, Monterey jack)
optional:
spices of choice (s/p, basil, oregano)
additional chopped ingredients according to taste (tomatoes, peppers, onions)
