This Board Bill is recommended by the Parking Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment for the transfer of the sum of five-million dollars ($5,000,000) from the Parking Meter Fund to the General Reserve Fund of the City of St. Louis to help offset expenditures from the General Reserve Fund necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic, and the extraordinary costs incurred by the City in its efforts to protect the health and wellbeing of the public.
