The Engrossment, Rules, Resolutions and Credentials Committee will meet to Engross the following Board Bill:

Introduced by Alderwoman Carol Howard
An Ordinance pertaining to the Employees Retirement System of the City of St. Louis (the “Retirement System”); by repealing Section Two of Ordinance 70154 and enacting in lieu thereof a new provision in order to comply with the federal Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement Act of 2019 (the “Secure Act”); and containing an emergency clause.
