To slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus the Board of Aldermen are holding regular meetings by electronic Webinar. Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if requested while you are accessing the meeting.

To access a meeting electronically you may place your cursor on the link below that is related to the meeting you wish to view and press the Ctrl Key and simultaneously Left Click your mouse to join the webinar. You may also copy the link below and paste it or type it into the search bar of your browser and click search.

To access a meeting by phone please dial any of the domestic numbers provided and follow the prompts. You may be asked for the Meeting ID number. This number is supplied below for each meeting.

Public Hearing Procedures:
Those interested in making a comment about Board Bill Number 84 listed below should send an email expressing their interest to speak as well as their name, street address, email contact address and the Board Bill Number they wish to speak about to the Board of Aldermen Clerk – Mr. Terry Kennedy at: kennedyt@stlouis-mo.gov.
Persons may also call 314 589-6845 and leave a message with the above information. Those who do not have an email address or wish to call into the meeting by phone to speak, should call the phone number above and express their interest to speak as well as leave their name, address, phone number and the Board Bill Number they wish to speak about.
Those responding by email will receive an email confirmation and then later a link that will allow them to join the meeting as a speaker. Procedures will also be sent to you. Those calling in will receive a return phone call with this information.
All requests to speak must be made by 8am Thursday, July 9, 2020. Speakers will be called to speak in accordance to the Rules of the Board of Aldermen which can be found on the Board of Aldermen Website. The link is below:
