This Board Bill authorizes and directs the Mayor and Comptroller of the City of St. Louis to execute, upon receipt of and in consideration of the sum of “Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00), a Quit Claim Deed to forever quit-claim unto the Veterans Community Project a certain City-owned property located at 3724 Aldine, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
