INGREDIENTS:
3 cups rice steamed (better results if rice is a day old)
1 1/2 tbsp garlic minced
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil

Recipe for Cucumber Salad :

INGREDIENTS:
2 medium sized cucumbers
1 teaspoon salt
A dash of ground black pepper
1 small red onion sliced
1/4 cup white vinegar
Optional: add sugar to taste if too acidic
