The Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis has the Grand Water Tower cleaned and painted. Clean Sweep 2020 is underway and the Urban League of St. Louis is going from the Water Tower to St. Alphonsus Rock Church to clean, demolish abandoned buildings and restore hope in the community.
