Halloween Safety Press Conference October 1, 2020
Mayor Lyda Krewson and Acting Director of Health, Dr. Fredrick Echols, announced new Halloween health and safety tips in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic.. The City of St. Louis Department of Health is issuing guidance for safe Halloween activities to protect the health and safety of every resident and visitor to the City of St. Louis.
