To slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus the Board of Aldermen are holding regular meetings by electronic Webinar. Each meeting will have an electronic link and phone number that can be used to view and/or listen to a meeting. Each meeting will also have a Meeting ID Number that can be used if requested while you are accessing the meeting.

Introduced by Alderwoman Carol Howard

An ordinance to regulate employer and employee working relationships between the City of St. Louis and all employees under the Classified Service, including a compensation plan, terms and conditions of employment, benefits, leaves of absence, and authorization for a Deferred Compensation Plan; allocating certain other employees to a grade with rate; and amending Section 16(a), Section 16(b), Section 16(c), and Section 16(d) of Ordinance 71099. The provisions of the sections contained in this ordinance shall be effective with the start of the first pay period following approval by the Mayor.

An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment wherein the Board of Aldermen authorizes the receipt of and appropriates funds awarded under the Emergency Solutions Grant Program of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, the Missouri Secretary of State’s Assistance to Local Election Authorities COVID-19 Grant Program, and the Department of Health and Human Services’ Relief Fund, all relating to the COVID-19 pandemic; and containing an emergency clause.
