The Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis in accordance with Article XVIII of the City Charter, classified service plan, and related to Article XVIII of the City Charter, Section 20, request the Director of Personnel establish a plan to allow City employees an option to request a leave of absence of not more than eight (8) hours to serve as a poll worker for the November 3, 2020, General Election.
