The Engrossment, Rules, and Credentials Committee met to Enroll and Engross the Following Board Bills:
ENROLLMENT

B.B.#148AA-Coatar-An ordinance for the adoption of the 2020 edition of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis, Annotated, with the Charter, tables, and cross- references to former Codes included, and providing for the retention, distribution, and supplementation of the Revised Code; and with an emergency clause.

B.B.#152AA-Ingrassia/Rice-An Ordinance to amend Ordinance 70624, approved October 24, 2017, to add a section to include an enforcement mechanism.

ENGROSSMENT

B.B.#136-Evans-An ordinance approving a blighting study and Redevelopment Plan for the N. Newstead Ave./Lexington Ave./Whittier St./Kennerly Ave. Redevelopment Area.

B.B.#159-Roddy-An ordinance dissolving special allocation funds for the 4494 Lindell redevelopment area and terminating the designation of a certain portion of The City of St. Louis, Missouri, relating to such as a redevelopment area, repealing Ordinance No. 70157 and authorizing certain actions relating thereto.

B.B.#164AA-Roddy-An ordinance determining that the Tax Increment Financing Plans listed in Exhibit “A” are making satisfactory progress, except as noted, under the proposed time schedule for completion of projects therein.

B.B.#165-Roddy/Navarro-An ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 66420, Ordinance No. 64928, No. 65724, Ordinance No. 65910, and Ordinance No. 65443, dissolving the special allocation funds for Maryland Plaza North, the Convention Headquarters Hotel, 1141-115 1 South Seventh Street, 1312 Washington and MLK Plaza area redevelopment projects and terminating the designation of a portion of The City of St. Louis, Missouri, as redevelopment areas and authorizing certain actions relating thereto.
