Suspect & Vehicle Wanted for 11/13/17 Homicide of Leon Smith in 1400 block of Salisbury

Homicide investigators are seeking the public’s assistance to help identify the suspect in the 11/13/17 homicide of 18-year old Leon Smith.

The surveillance video shows the suspect vehicle moments before the shooting occurred. Also captured on surveillance video is the suspect shooting at the victims.

Anyone who can identify the suspect is urged to call CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477). All calls are anonymous.
